I’ve spent the last few weeks designing and building a pices of sporting goods equipment for the augmented reality field sport, Flatland: The Game. I started by drawing out the plans from a sketch that Eddo Stern made. From the plans I made a positive cutting and layering sheets of acrylic. The positive was used to create some two part silicone rubber molds. There are two separate molds that create pieces that are then screwed together in the end.
I still have some machining and finishing to do but I’ll post some pictures of the process so far:
